icloud syny stopped working

The first month, icloud sync with iphone and ipad worked perfect. In the second month of using the app new transactions arent synchronized between the two devices anymore.
Is this a problem on iclouds side or on the apps side?

For my scenario of using the app this is a big bug, because transactions from one month arent merged anymore. adding transactions on the iphone (anywhere) or the ipad (at home) and find them merged on each of the devices was perfect.

I wasnt able to find a website or contact of the developper either to ask for help.
